The stage will be equipped with a ramp for accessibility. Speakers will use microphones and their speech will be automatically captioned on screen. A box of stim toys will be available for attendees to borrow for the duration of the event. We welcome individuals to take care of their bodies as they need--to stim, stand, stretch, take breaks, or whatever else you need to remain comfortable and engaged while being considerate of those around you and on stage.
Additional accommodation requests should be either noted when you fill out the participation form or emailed to LGBT@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
